Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Items will be mailed via USPS First class mail or Priority. Additional charges apply for express shipping.
As we expand we hope to ship to customers across the world. Customers outside of the U.S. territories, please contact email@example.com for International rates. Note that there are restrictions on some products, as some products cannot be shipped to international destinations
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not pleased with your item(s), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date. The merchandise must be returned unworn and in original condition. Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped. Exchanges by mail are not permitted for returns from U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and International addresses.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To initiate returns: simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. For return shipping, we recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note return shipping is non-refundable. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
